Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS). We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number. We will happily provide any necessary order details to help support your claim.

All of our wax melts are made with CandleScience Clean Scents® fragrance oils, which means they’re free from many of the harmful ingredients often found in traditional fragrance oils.
